A Prudentoe dentist will reach your home or location within 60–90 minutes across most of Hyderabad. Severe pain, broken tooth, swelling, trauma, all handled at home with full equipment and anaesthesia.
Operating hours 8 AM – 10 PM. After-hours emergencies handled on a best-effort basis, please call.
For all other dental emergencies, including severe pain, broken or knocked-out teeth, lost crowns, and dental abscesses without breathing difficulty, our home visit is the right call.
If any of these are happening right now, call rather than wait. Delay turns minor problems into major ones.
Pain not controlled by ordinary painkillers, worse at night, throbbing or radiating to the ear or jaw.
A tooth has cracked or broken from an accident, biting hard food, or after a fall.
A complete tooth has come out from trauma. The first 30–60 minutes are critical, call immediately.
Visible swelling near the jaw, cheek or under the chin. Often accompanied by pulsating pain.
A filling, crown or veneer has fallen out, exposing the tooth and causing sharp pain.
Bleeding from the gum or socket that has not stopped after firm pressure for 20 minutes.
A denture is broken, ill-fitting or causing trauma to the gums and is painful to wear.
Lip laceration, jaw injury, or dental damage from a fall, sports impact or road accident.
Call us first. Then follow the steps below for your situation, they meaningfully improve outcomes before the doctor arrives.
Rinse with warm salt water. Take paracetamol or ibuprofen at the labelled adult dose. Avoid placing aspirin directly on the gum, it burns the tissue. Apply a cold compress on the outside of the cheek for 15 minutes at a time. Call us immediately, on-call pain relief is what we are built for.
Pick up by the crown (white part), NOT the root. Rinse briefly with milk or saline, do not scrub. If possible, place gently back in the socket and bite on a clean cloth. If not, store in cold milk. Call us within 30 minutes, the chance of saving the tooth drops sharply after the first hour.
Save any broken fragments in milk or saline. Rinse the mouth gently with warm water. If there is bleeding, apply a clean gauze with firm pressure. Apply a cold compress on the outside of the cheek. Call us, a temporary cover within hours protects the nerve.
Keep the crown safe in a small box. Rinse the area gently. Apply dental wax or sugar-free chewing gum (in an emergency) to cover the exposed tooth and reduce sensitivity. Avoid chewing on that side. Call us, a re-cementing can often be done in a single home visit.
Do not apply heat to a facial swelling, this can spread infection. Use a cold compress instead. Sleep with the head elevated. If you have any difficulty breathing or swallowing, this is a hospital emergency, go to the nearest hospital A&E immediately. Otherwise call us.
Apply firm, continuous pressure with a clean gauze or tea bag for 20 minutes without checking. Rinse with cold water. If bleeding does not stop after 20 minutes of firm pressure, this is urgent, call us immediately. Patients on blood thinners should call without delay.
Every emergency visit arrives with everything needed for immediate relief, not just a diagnosis.
For immediate, complete pain relief before any treatment begins. No waiting for an appointment.
Examination tools, suction, light, sterile instruments, temporary cement, restorative materials.
