1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy is published by Prudentoe Dental Care (“Prudentoe”, “we”, “us”), an at-home dental care service registered in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Our registered office is at Dundoo Enclave, House No. 6-1-1/4D, Padmarao Nagar, Hyderabad, 500020.

2. What we collect
We collect only what we need to provide and improve the home dental service. That is:
- Booking information, your name, mobile number, address area in Hyderabad, preferred date and time, and the reason for the visit. Submitted by you via our booking form, WhatsApp, or call.
- Clinical information, your medical and dental history, examination findings, diagnoses, treatment plans, prescriptions, and clinical photographs (where you consent). Collected by your treating Prudentoe dentist at the time of the home visit.
- Payment information, UPI ID, card brand and last four digits, or bank reference number for payments made after treatment. We do not store full card numbers, CVVs, or UPI PINs.
- Communication records, WhatsApp messages, call notes, and emails exchanged with our team about your appointments and care.
- Website analytics, basic, anonymised information about your visit to prudentoe.com (browser, device type, pages visited, referring source). We do not use this to identify you personally.
3. How we use your information
We use your information only for the following purposes:
- To confirm your booking, arrive at your address on time, and deliver the treatment you requested.
- To maintain your clinical records, required by professional practice standards and applicable law.
- To follow up with you on aftercare, schedule reviews, and check in via WhatsApp after a procedure.
- To process payment for treatment completed.
- To improve the website, the booking flow, and our internal protocols.
- To comply with legal obligations (for example, tax records or lawful requests from authorities).
We do not sell your personal or clinical information. We do not share it for advertising. We do not use it to profile you for unrelated purposes.
4. Who we share information with
Your information is accessed only by the people who need it to provide your care or run the service. Specifically:
- The Prudentoe dental team treating you, and Prudentoe operations staff who coordinate your appointments.
- Service providers that help us operate the website, the CRM, and payment processing, bound by data-protection contracts and limited to the purpose they are engaged for.
- Authorities, courts, or regulators if required by law, lawful process, or to protect the safety of any person.
5. How long we keep your information
Booking and clinical records are retained for the period required by professional practice standards, applicable medical record retention rules, and Indian law, typically a minimum of five years after the last treatment, and longer for cases involving minors or where the case is medico-legally relevant. Marketing-related information (e.g. a WhatsApp opt-in) is held only while you remain an active patient or until you ask us to delete it.
6. Your rights under the DPDP Act 2023
You have the right to:
- Access, request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct, ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erase, ask us to delete data we no longer have a lawful reason to retain.
- Withdraw consent, withdraw your consent for any optional processing (such as WhatsApp follow-up messages) at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of past processing.
- Grievance redressal, contact our Grievance Officer (details below) for any concern about how we handle your information.
To exercise any of these rights, write to support@prudentoe.com. We will respond within thirty days.
7. Security
We maintain reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, encrypted transit (HTTPS), access controls on the booking and clinical records system, locked storage of any physical records, and trained staff. No system is perfectly secure; if you suspect any compromise of your information held by us, contact us immediately.
8. Cookies and analytics
The Prudentoe website uses minimal cookies, primarily for session continuity and basic anonymised analytics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or tracking that builds an individual profile of you.
9. Children
Bookings for patients under 18 are made by a parent or legal guardian. We rely on the parent or guardian to provide consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from a child via the website.
10. Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we update the “Last updated” date at the top. Substantial changes will be communicated to active patients via WhatsApp or email.

If you have a concern about how Prudentoe handles your personal data and we have not been able to resolve it through normal contact, you can raise it formally with our Grievance Officer:
